Skin dermatologija, estetika, laserska terapija, zdravstvena dejavnost d.o.o., Peričeva ulica 37, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter referred to as: the controller) processes personal data on the basis of informed and free consent, in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), as well as with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data (Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia No. 163/22 - hereinafter referred to as: ZVOP-2).
The controller carries out data processing in order to inform you, in accordance with the legal provisions, about the products and services it distributes which may be of interest to you in relation to your professional activities and interests. Please note that you may withdraw your consent, restrict your consent to certain data or processing operations and/or object to the processing of your personal data at any time by contacting the controller as detailed below:

Personal data that you have provided to the controller voluntarily or collected from public sources will be processed by the controller for as long as the relationship with you exists or until you withdraw your consent. No person other than employees and processors (employees) of the controller(s) has access to the data. (v)improving our services (we also use personal data for analytical purposes as part of our efforts to improve our services and customer experience. We may also use the information to test, troubleshoot and improve the performance and quality of our online services. The main goal is to optimize and tailor our website to your needs, making our site easier and more enjoyable to use).
Do not give your consent if you do not want the controller to transfer your name and contact details to third parties for the purposes of direct marketing, market research and opinion polls; if you do not consent to the controller assessing your personal characteristics 1 solely by means of automated data processing carried out using IT devices - i.e. automated individual decision-making.
